WellQuit is a 13-module smoking cessation program that addresses specific concerns related to living without tobacco - such as how to manage stress, prevent weight gain, and socialize tobacco-free.
The program includes online tools that measure progress and preparedness to quit. There are weekly assignments at the conclusion of each session.
